For international orders return cost shall be borne by the customer.

Please ask for as many questions as you wish to before confirming your order like fabric type, design, measurements, or anything that helps you make your decision. We would love to respond and assist you with ordering. You can simply contact us at Email, Instagram or Whatsapp. We are just a message away from you.

When Cancellation is accepted?

  • Customer can cancel the order any time before the order is dispatched. We usually take 1-3 days to dispatch the order.
  • Order can be cancelled on ORDER DETAILS page by clicking “Cancel Order” option.
  • To cancel the order, please mail us to info@gulabicity.com or WhatsApp us with correct order ID.
  • For International orders, cancellation fees of 10% of order value is charged. While refund this 10% fees will be reduced from the refund amount. However, there is no charges if customer want to replace product.
  • After the order is dispatched, we will not be able to cancel the order.

When Return/Exchange is accepted?

Items for which return, or refund can be granted must complete the following conditions:

  • Item(s) delivered to you is damaged, broken, torn, or soiled upon arrival. (We require parcel opening video to confirm the same)
  • Item(s) received by you is wrong product. (We require parcel opening video to confirm the same)
  • Returned item(s) must be unwashed, unworn and unused item(s) and with tags attached.
  • The item(s) must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Refund is initiated by our team within 1-3 days after the returned parcel is delivered and Quality Control approved by our team.
  • COD Charge / Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If the customer exchange the product with different size or color of the product, we will charge a minimal shipment fees of ₹149/-
  • Refund process via payment partner with the same source of payment or if you have ordered with COD then please share Bank details along with return ticket mail/WhatsApp.
  • Refund Process time depends upon the payment partner or bank account.

When Return/Exchange Is Not Accepted?

  • Return initiated after 7 days return period.
  • Item(s) are washed, used, worn or misused item.
  • When parcel video is not provided for the damaged/wrong item. 
  • When exchange request is applied for more than 1 time.
  • Items that have been personalized or customized is non-returnable.
  • Exchange not accepted due to slight color difference. 10-15% color difference might be there due to screen resolution and lights.
  • Exchange not accepted if Customer does not like the product material or color of the product order after use. As we use best quality material in the market and all product details are mentioned in the Product description. We would suggest you to please read all the details before placing the order.
  • Exchange not accepted due to any other reasons leading to sudden change of mind after delivery of the order.

How to Initiate a Return?

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us on WhatsApp (+91-9057025000) or email ( info@gulabicity.com ) within 7 days of receiving the product to request a return.
  • Provide your order number, parcel opening video, the specific item(s) you wish to return in case of multiple items, and the reason for the return

Exchange Due to Size Issues

Please refer to size chart mentioned on each product page before confirming your order. In case if you are not sure about your size, we would love to assist you in finding the perfect size for you. If you still face issues with the size once you receive the product, please raise an email on info@gulabicity.com mentioning order number and the details mentioning the issue you are facing before the dispatch of your order. Our team will be assisting everyone on case to case basis. Kindly take a note we can't assure you of offering the exchange as it depends upon availability of your size in your design at that time. There might be a slight little acceptable difference in size as all the products are handmade by the artisans. Additionally, it will involve additional charges per item to cover logistics expenses incurred with reverse pick-up and re-dispatch of your order.

Please take a note of the fact that no size exchange will be facilitated for product(s) on sale!

Exchange Due to Damaged Products

It's extremely unlikely for you to receive damaged / defective or incorrect product, as we have our Quality Control Team carefully checking all products before dispatching them. However, in rare scenario if you face such issues, we would be happy to assist you with the exchange of the same. Please send us an email on info@gulabicity.com or WhatsApp us on +91-9057025000 with details of the issues you are facing along with parcel opening video for verification purpose along with product images within 3 days once you receive your order. All returns/exchange will be subject to our verification. Once your return request is received and verified - we will notify you of the approval or rejection (along with valid justification). Once it's approved, we will arrange for the reverse pick up and dispatch a replacement of the same product your way if available. In case it's not available we would provide you a refund of the same.

 

Note: Don’t Share OTP and No advance pay for COD orders. Beware of scammers and fraud callers. Don’t visit any other website for customer complaints or return process. We are not responsible for any scam/fraud attempt. 

Note: Please make a video before unboxing the parcel. It helps to get a refund or replacement of a product faster.
